All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Glisten Outlook. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All transactions are processed securely.

5.3 Custom Orders

Custom jewelry orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

6. Delivery and Returns

6.1 Delivery

We will deliver products to the address specified in your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. Custom-made items, engraved items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return unless defective.

6.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Product Warranties

All jewelry comes with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

7.2 Gemstone Authenticity

We guarantee the authenticity of all gemstones as described. Certificates of authenticity are provided for diamonds over 0.5 carats and other precious stones as appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glisten Outlook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
